About me

Austin Connors

Agent/Owner 

Austin was born and raised in Inverness, FL. He moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University where he majored in Accounting and Finance. Austin received his Accounting and Finance degrees from the FSU College of Business in 2014 & 2015.

 Immediately after graduation, Austin moved to Orlando, FL where he began his career with Ernst & Young LLP. It is here where Austin decided he had the desire to help families, in 2017 his insurance career began. In 2019 Austin was able to team up with his identical twin brother Ryan who is a State Farm Agent in Firestone Colorado. During his time at Ryan Connors State Farm Austin was accepted into the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program which he completed in 2021. 

In February 2022 he opened Austin Connors State Farm in Seffner, Florida where he takes pride in his ability to understand the needs of his customers and give individual, experienced guidance.  

Austin has been married to Janelle Connors since 2019, (which might be the greatest sale he has ever made) and were blessed in January 2022 with their son Andrew Philip Connors. They also have a yellow lab named Goose. 

Austin is an avid Golfer and enjoys the outdoors, cheering for the Seminoles and spending time with his family in his free time.

Salena has been providing insurance to folks throughout the state of Florida since 2009 and in her role as Office Manager and licensed Agent Team Member with Austin Connors State Farm, strives to understand and meet the specific needs of every customer she has the pleasure to work with. She has developed a remarkable reputation in building trusted relationships with customers, helping to navigate various situations from daily operations to more complex circumstances. Salena was born in Detroit, Michigan and officially made Florida her home in 1995. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends boating, golfing and gardening.

Lilly was born in Florida in 2001 and relocated to Mexico briefly before returning to Florida in 2008. After graduating from North East High School, Lilly obtained her 4-40 Customer Service Insurance License and worked as a CSR for WhitCo Insurance before moving to her new role with State Farm in September 2021. She handles all customer service related calls in English or Spanish and prides herself in helping to ease any worries customers may have about their policies by reviewing and recommending discount and coverage options to fit their specific needs. In her spare time she likes to listen to music, go dancing and enjoy movie nights at home.
