"I personally worked with a representative name, Alexa. This woman was very professional very thorough very helpful in making me understand the difference in policy and cost. For sure, my change was made because of her kindness to help me as I was paying too much for my insurance. In return, I was able to get another family to move to State Farm. "I just enrolled in State Farm Auto Insurance. The staff members made this process very easy to set up. I initially spoke with account representative- David D. He is on it. Any questions or concerns that I had were answered clearly and concisely. Austin C was great as well. I appreciate him going over everything I needed to know. Any questions I had, he had no problem answering. I had reservations about switching insurance companies, with fears of being taken advantage of. But so far, it doesn’t seem that way. I was given a quote which was similar to the finalized monthly payment. I am looking forward to continuing business with you all."
